We have organized some commonly asked questions to help you. Can’t find the anwsers you are looking for? Simply drop us an enquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will try our best to arrange an alternative time or date which is suitable for your event. In case, this is not possible, we will find the best magician within your budget. If the above is not possible, we will give a full refund of the deposit of $50.
Sure. Use the enquire function on our website. We will hold the date/time for you for up to 3 days so you can confirm them if they are free for your event.
Yes. We will provide all details to the magician and the magician will contact you to provide you with their own details on what is required for the show.
Definitely. However, we encourage our clients to support our cause by coming back to us. By helping us review the magicians with each booking, you are helping the magician get more bookings by recommending him via the platform. We can also assist you in case of disputes.
Firstly, we will blacklist the magician if there is no valid reason for them doing this. Secondly, we will find the best magician within your budget. If the magician has a good valid reason, he should inform you that there is a change of magician and help you find an alternative magician whom you are happy with. We also appreciate if you update us on the change since we discourage magicians from taking up more jobs than they can handle.
Asia Magicians Network will engage a panel to investigate this matter. If you have paid 100% to us, the money will be withheld until the investigation is over. Any unsatisfactory performance by the magician should be reported via our website immediately. If you have paid the deposit to us and the rest to the magician, and if we deem that the client is right, we will negotiate a refund for you in full or partial depending on the situation. We will also return the $50 paid to us.
We seek the client to be understanding if they can accommodate if the magician is slightly late. Of course, we do understand that sometimes specific timings must be adhered to, hence if this is communicated to the magician beforehand and they are still late, then we will see what can be done to redress this issue.
